I think it's really helpful for deaf / hard of hearing customer. My friend Linda, I met her on a deaf dating site mydeafmatch.com, she told me there also has such a KFC in her area.

This branch of KFC has been staffed by the deaf for quite a number of years now. It runs very well and is a popular fast food restaurant.
