Since Sept 17 th....

Hello, My Deaf Foodies!

Want to drop the notes for you all in case you wondered about me not writing my blog for while. Or not getting some interesting recipes from me. Sorry, I hope all dust settled down for now after moving to my new condo on Sept 17th--yes I owned it now.

I was very busy with all knee jerkings with packing and unpacking but best part is acquire nice independence from being renter for an apartment with a landlord from hell. My family are very happy with new place, and my dog, Caesar, too. Ok, he have more room to roam around here.

You know the worst part: put your stuff away in new place and found yourself with stuff that you can't put in pantry or cabinet because it is not fitting into stupid shelving and some stupid small space with big crock pot. Best part is you can drill and install something in closet or you can add shelf so you can put whatever in. In an apt, yo can't install something, you have to ask a landlord from hell for a permission--it sucks. Another best part is painting what room you want it look nice.

I am sure you have some experiences in moving into a new house or condo that you just bought and struggle with all stuffs you carried from old places. Realized that you have so so so many craps that you don't want to gave it up. Got to re-think about giving some craps to Goodwill, Salvation army and other charities places. I already talked with my wife about getting rid of craps--problems are she and I don't want to give them up... but we are working on the plan to get rid of old stuffs, old chairs, old couch, some god-damn heavy bookcases, and other some god-damn heavy--I don't know what to call it, other shelving bookcases.

I am too old for these s***s, I am not that younger guy anymore and I am now 43 yrs old, almost ready to be BIG windbag soon. Started to get more white hairs on my head--it looks nice on me with black hair. Hmmm, salt and pepper hair.

This moment, I blog and relaxing with beer. That's natural for me after all hectic weeks with moving to new place with bad weeks at work--one on vacation, one quit, and shortage of staffing in the kitchen, I was elected to be workhorse for few weeks. Hope that I will have normal working next week.

Right now, I am thinking about nice Halloween treats for you Deaf foodies.
